Fantastic Resort Experience!
fresh fruitspacious balconycity location
the villas made it easy to access the restaurant and pool areas. the furnishings were charming, and i liked the spacious balcony. there was fresh fruit in my room when i arrived. the staff took great care of the sunbeds and umbrellas. sunscreen was readily available.
i found it a little inconvenient that the hotel is located outside the city. getting to and from town required more planning.

the staff provided unlimited water, ensuring i always had plenty in my room. they brought water and refreshments throughout the day, showing great attention to guest comfort. their service was prompt and courteous.

excellent locationauthentic architecturecustomer focused staffrich choices
the village location was excellent, awesome. the architecture felt very authentic and relaxing. the staff were amazingly customer focused. the breakfast buffet offered rich choices, a total win.
The beach is small and not very nicely set up. I wish it was bigger

The pools are amazing. i also liked the soft sand on the beach. It made walking there very pleasant.
The sound proof was not perfect. I could hear sounds from other rooms. i also ordered food from the persian restaurant. The taste was not good and there was a blood smell from the food.

ceiling noisepoor insulation
The lower level room was unbearable. i could not sleep because of noise from the ceiling and walls. the rooms lack proper insulation. Every sound from the room above was audible. the front desk offered no solutions and the hotel provided no compensation!!!
